As of July 31, 2023, project was awarded to Godbey Window but awarded amount is not available. Sealed bids will be received by the Crawford County Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (CCBPDD) for the removal and replacement. CCBPDD is soliciting bids from regional contractors for work consisting of removal and replacement of all 91 windows. The successful bidder shall meet with the board to negotiate a firm contract for services before any work shall be commissioned. CCBPDD requires all contractors or subcontractors, during the work on the project, to provide and require on site employees to complete a ten (10) hour course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA or a similar program approved by the Missouri Department of Labor which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. The training must be completed within sixty days of the date work on the project commences. On site employee found the worksite without documents shall have twenty days to produce such documents. CCBPDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid for a period of sixty days after bid opening. CCBPDD hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business/enterprises will be afforded full opportunities to submit bids in response this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration of such an award.
