The project of which the work of the contract is a part titled Spring Mountain Youth Camp: Football Field Synthetic Turf Replacement and is located at 2400 Angel Peak Place, Mount Charleston, Nevada 89124. The work is described in the project drawings and divisions 1 through 48 of the project manual. The work consists of the synthetic field turf replacement of an existing 80-yard football field. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 general requirements and the following using materials noted on drawings and specifications: includes installation of erosion and sediment controls during construction, demolition and disposal of existing infilled synthetic turf and fill, approximately 64,100 square feet import and placement of permeable aggregate materials finish grading selective removal and replacement of mow curb, turf edge anchor, installation of under turf shock pad system, installation of infilled synthetic turf, new footings for the goal posts, lines and markings for football and new end zone goal posts, soccer striping to new field, school logo at center field, 2-yard deep out of bounds striping. Color turf end zones, retractable field goal net, wheeled soccer goals. Regrading of gravel entrance road. ESTIMATED COST: $$1,041,118.30 - $1,095,914.00.
