The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238210. The Small Business Standard is $19 million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Vendor registration/verification for SDVOSB can be found here at https://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov.
