he Project will consist of the buildout of an existing unfinished courtroom and judg suite on the second (2nd) Floor of the building located at the DeKalb County Juvenile Court Building, 4309 Memorial Drive, Decatur, GA. The current estimate for construction is 270 days (9 months). Programming consists of private offices, conference room, open office, file storage, copy area, reception, private restroom, courtroom and witness rooms. There are no security requirements to work at the Juvenile Justice Center. The General Contractor shall visit the site to inspect existing conditions and verify work to be performed before submitting a Bid for the Work. To that end, a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for October 5, 2023. All interested Bidders are required to attend this meeting.
