The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all water control structures and earthwork described here within, in accordance with the attached plan set and permits. Work includes, but not limited to, surveying, earthwork, mowing, ditch cleaning, grading, improving and constructing berms, levees, or dikes, and the construction and placement of sheet pile weir control structures.
