The Contractor, Subcontractors of any tier, and material or equipment suppliers are granted a limited license to use and reproduce applicable portions of the shop drawings and other submittals appropriate to and for use in the execution of their Work under the Contract Documents. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities. Engineer's Estimate: $985,000 For bids of $35,000 or less, no bid guarantee is required. Bids greater than $35,000 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in an amount equal to at least five-percent of the bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the bidder will execute the Contract and give separate bond as required, see Section 00702.06.
