Webcor is the General Contractor (GC) for the Santa Clara County Medical Center new Behavioral Health Services Center Project. The work entails new construction of an approximately 207,000 square foot Behavioral Health Services Center comprised of a 66-bed acute psychiatric hospital for children, adolescents and adults, a 50-bed Emergency Psychiatric Facility, a Mental Health Urgent Care Facility, associated support areas. Project will include a tunnel connection to the Receiving and Support Center, and a bridge connection to the Main Hospital. Please direct all questions to Webcor. Trade Bid Packages: (WP-04 Final Cleaning; WP-37 Interior Glazing; WP-38 Overhead Coiling Doors / Smoke Doors; WP-39 Tiling; WP-41 Paint and Wallcovering; WP-42 Flooring; WP-45 Operable Partitions; WP-48 Signage; WP-51 Roller Window Shades; WP-56 Site Concrete / Paving; WP-61 Terrazzo Flooring). All interested Trade Contractors are to fill out the prequalification application on Building Connected. Submitted prequalification applications will be reviewed and approved by Webcor and the County of Santa Clara. All Trade Contractors who are prequalified will then be invited to participate in the Bidding process. Bids will only be accepted from prequalified bidders.
