This project involves the upgrade and repair of one (1) 10,000 gallon aboveground diesel fuel tank, one (1) 10,000 gallon aboveground gasoline fuel tank and the fuel dispensing pumps located in the Warminster Township Public Works yard (910 W. Bristol Road, Warminster, PA 18974) as more fully defined elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or on the Drawings. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with current DEP regulations and standards and Township Standards. The work shall be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the contract times commence. This project is subject to the applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for work valued at over $25,000. This project is subject to the Township's Responsible Contractor Requirements if the Contract Price exceeds $186,025.00. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing using the Questions tab on the PennBid website. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on the PennBid website. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
