The work for Sands Gravity Sewer Main Replacement includes removal of existing features, sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and temporary pipe. Construction includes new sanitary sewer manholes, approximately 324 linear feet of 16-inch dia. C900 SDR 25 PVC gravity sewer main, force main repair and connection to existing system. Project includes bypass pumping of sanitary sewer for construction of new manhole and connection to existing force mains. Contractor shall abandon existing sewer mains and manholes with low strength flowable fill. Work shall include site cleanup, restoration, and any other items and work described in the Project Manual or reasonable inferable therefrom. Contractor Shall Abandon Existing Sewer Mains and Manholes With Low Strength Flowable Fill. Work Shall Include Site Cleanup, Restoration, and Any Other Items and Work Described in the Project Manual or Reasonable Inferable Therefrom. Pre-bid Meeting a Pre-bid Meeting Will Be Held at 10:00 a.m. On Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 5757 Chapel Drive Osage Beach, Mo 65065. This Meeting is Not Mandatory but Highly Recommended to Attend. All Disputes Under This Contract and Any Litigation Resulting Under This Contract Shall Be Filed, Tried, Remain and Be Ultimately Resolved in the Circuit Court of Camden or Miller County on Any Appeal Therefrom Within the Courts of the State of Missouri.
