The FAA is issuing this Screening Information Request (SIR) for fire protection system services. In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), the contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, notifications, licenses, fees and supervision necessary to provide the maintenance, inspection, and testing of the fire systems at multiple locations. See SOW for specific details.. The contractor's technicians must be certified to perform all inspection, repairs, and testing. See SOW for the specified Qualifications. The procurement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. Note: the Contracting Officer's physical office is located at:2200 S. 216th St., Des Moines, WA 98198 All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, drawings, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to angela.furukawa@faa.gov. Alternately, you may fax your written questions to N/A. Telephone questions will not be accepted. The requestor shall provide a company name, point-of -contact name, address and telephone number, as well as a return e-mail address or FAX number. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. QUESTIONS ARE DUE by: August 21, 2023 at 1700 (PDT).
