General Work Provisions 1. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility 2. Access to Bathrooms and softball supply box shall be maintained as open in softball season 3. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all old roofing materials and debris with close attention to the removal of nails from the work area 4. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment that are necessary to complete the project 5. Contractor shall provide all warranty information upon completion of project 6. All work shall be completed on April 15, 2024, or sooner 7. Owner reserves the right to stop or reschedule work due to conditions in the park 8. All installations to follow manufacturer's instructions iii. Properly seal and flash all roof penetrations 2. Facia a. Replace all weathered/damaged facia board as needed 3. Soffit a. Remove and dispose of all wood soffit/overhang ceiling material b. Install wood blocking/support to hold lighting and photocells in place at current locations and to facilitate installation of metal soffit panels c. Install metal vented soffit panel i. Dakota Steel 28 ga steel vented soffit color Light Stone or prior approved equivalent ii. Provide and install all necessary channels and supports iii.
