All plan-holders must be registered with Raymond Engineering-Georgia LLC,so they can be notified by email of any future announcements or addenda which may affect bidding for this project. No partial sets will be issued; no sets will be issued to sub-bidders by the Architect Existing conditions may be observed afterward. The Design Professional will conduct the meeting and the Owner will review the eligibility of prospective bidders. Prospective bidders who have not contracted with the School Board within two years prior to the scheduled bid opening date are encouraged to bring a completed Contractor’s Qualification Statement (AIA Form A305) to this meeting. The Hernando County School Board reserves the right to waive any minor irregularities and technicalities. Bidders are hereby notified that failure to file a bid protest within the time and manner prescribed by the Florida Statutes shall constitute a waiver of any right to protest the award.
