Substantial Completion: within 120 calendar days. Final Completion: within 150 calendar days. Bidding is subject to Section 255.20 Florida Statutes and other applicable Laws and pending funding under the Florida State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program administered by Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
