Contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 19,334 lineal feet of sanitary and storm sewers, varying in size from 8-inches to 42-inches in diameter utilizing CIPP methods, CCTV and void repair of 22,321 lineal feet of storm sewers, varying in size from 96-inches x 48-inches to 194-inches x 140-inches, and appurtenances to be constructed The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a bank or trust company in St. Louis County or in the City of St. Louis or by a bidder's bond, for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount as bid security to the District.
