Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding laws. Bidder receiving the awardshall furnish an approved one hundred and ten percent (110%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent and ten(110%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for eighteen (18) months from the date of acceptance of the Work. There is no cost for electronically downloaded documents. The Owner and the Construction Manager reserve their rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
