The demolition and renovation will be bid as two separate packages. CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE $1,000,000 - $1,200,000 A Supplier Diversity Participation goal of 15% MBE; 10% WBE, DBE and Veteran; 3% SDVE has been established for this contract. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of selective demolition of JC Penney Building - South. (2) Demolition shall consist of complete removal of Area C (existing Auditorium), and selective demolition of Areas B and A, as indicated on the drawings. Work shall be performed under this Contract on campus of the University of Missouri - St. Louis, at JC Penney Building, South. Bidder agrees to complete project within 120 calendar days
