The CT Water Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. The Project includes the following Work: Work consists of but is not limited to, the installation of approximately 1,020 LF of various size ductile iron waterline, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. The Owner will provide pipe, hydrants, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. All proposed work is located along Squirrel Drive, College Township, Centre County, PA. The extent of the work is described in the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Clarifications from Vendors" feature in PennBid. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Question Deadline 03/23/2023 The intent and meaning of the Contract Documents require that the Contractor, under the terms of his Contract, shall take such action as necessary and/or required to provide labor, plant, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, and appurtenances thereto, which are indicated or reasonably implied by each Drawing and each Section of the Specifications, all of which are collectively necessary and required for the execution of the Work. Estimated budget: $60,000 to $100,000
