Completion Date: June 15, 2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project includes more than one unit, and the basis of award shall be the lowest and best bid for the units selected by the City. Units not selected shall not be included in forming the basis of determining the lowest bid. Bidders shall be aware that there is no guarantee that all units will be awarded and balance their bids accordingly. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project.
