The City of Conneaut ("City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications for companies to provide Facility Operations and Management Services for the Conneaut Creek Dredge Reclamation Facility. This includes, but is not limited to site management; material processing, dewatering, and harvesting; material marketing and distribution; and permit acquisition and compliance. Respondents must demonstrate experience with soil processing operations or related fields. The submitted proposal should include the Firm's qualifications and proposed approach. Questions concerning any aspect of this Request for Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted via electronic mail to Christopher P. Rybak, CT Consultants, Inc. at CT180703@ctconsultants.com. Please submit four (4) hard copies and one electronic copy (CD or USB) of the Statement of Qualifications package. As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, The City of Conneaut will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
