Per the owner, as of January 9, 2024, this solicitation was cancelled and the project was designed in-house by the city. The owner states that they are still doing internal design and not sure when they will proceed with construction Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City of Fresno (City), Department of Public Utilities (DPU), is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified civil engineering consulting firms (Respondents) for design, bidding support, and construction support services of a pond dewatering pump station at the North Fresno Wastewater Reclamation Facility. Associated site improvements include retrofitting an existing sump pump in the effluent storage pond, pond liner repair, installation of a variable frequency drive control, hydraulic assessment of sewer system receiving flows from pond dewatering pump station, and piping reroute to tie into the 8-inch force main.
