The project also includes guardrail replacement, curb and gutter replacement and shoulder widening. The steel twin culvert structure B-35-0074 will also be replaced. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
