Oklahoma is scheduled to begin an $8 million renovation of the men's and women's practice facility, the Charlie Coe Golf Learning Center. The upcoming facility improvements to the Charlie Coe Center will result in a world-class clubhouse that includes team suites for both men's and women's programs and a multi-purpose area that will showcase each program's storied history. Each suite will feature a locker room, a player's lounge, coaches offices and a rest-and-recovery space. Any question as to meaning or interpretation of specification should be taken up with the Architect of record prior to submitting proposals. These questions should be addressed to the attention of: David Walker of McKinney Partnership, P.C.: dwalker@tmparch.com. Question cut-off date is: August 16, 2023. No questions shall be accepted after this date Bidder must agree to commence work in accordance with the contract to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have 410 calendar days to achieve substantial completion from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidder must also agree to pay Liquidated Damages in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) for each consecutive calendar day of unexcused delay in achieving Substantial Completion. The bidder must agree to fully complete the project within Thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after Substantial Completion. Bidder must also agree to pay Liquidated Damages in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) for each consecutive calendar day of unexcused delay in achieving Final Completion.
