This lot, with an estimated value of more than $1 million, is part of the completion of phase 2 of the New Hospital Complex (NCH) project on the site of the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus, the delivery of which is scheduled for 2024. The budget for phase 2 of the NCH project is estimated at $1.4 billion. This phase will include approximately 100 work and procurement packages. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system The work required under this call for tenders must be completely completed within 115 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is scheduled between April 3, 2023 and April 21, 2023. No information meeting or visit to the work site is planned. Opening of submissions: The opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time indicated in the Additional Instructions . The only possibility for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No physical presence on the premises of the opening is now permitted and no subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, neither recording nor broadcasting of it. This new rule is put in place as an additional measure to combat the spread of COVID-19.
