No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Bracken County Fiscal Court and Bracken County EMS reserve the right to waive any informality, irregularity, or defect in any proposal, and to reject any/or all proposals should it be deemed in the best interest of the Bracken County Fiscal Court or Bracken County EMS to do so.
