Stage II tender to PREQUALIFIED firms only. Question Deadline: 10/27/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Henvey Inlet First Nation has identified the need to construct a new Health Centre. The Health Centre site is located at 354A Pickerel River Road, Pickerel Ontario. Smoke Architecture, Tulloch Engineering Inc., and Piotrowski Consultants Ltd. were retained by Henvey Inlet First Nation to provide the architectural and engineering services to carry out the design for the construction of the new Health Centre. The proposed Health Centre will be located at the same site as the existing Health Centre. The proposed Health Centre will consist of a 1,025 m2 one storey building with several offices, a staff room, community wellness room, boardroom, washrooms, mechanical room, teaching kitchen and a meals on wheels to name a few. Scope of the work to be carried out under this Contract. Generally, without limiting the scope of the project, the work covered by this pre-qualification covers the following: -Prepare the site (e.g., excavation) -Connect to the existing watermain to supply potable water to the proposed Health Centre. -Supply and install a Class 4 septic system -Site grading, including partial removal and replacement of the existing parking lot -Construction of a new one-storey 1,025 m2 Health Centre *Construction - 12 to 18 months.
