Student Affairs has recently merged Health Promotion and Wellness Services (HPWS) with Campus Recreation to form Campus Recreation and Wellness. To facilitate relocation of the HPWS staff from the Melton Student Center to the award winning Recreation and Wellness Center, this project proposes to renovate and build-out space in the basement that currently houses personal training and staff offices. Anticipated program for this project includes student support spaces, collaboration spaces, staff offices and restrooms. Services from the Architect-of-Record(s) include: .Review of existing conditions. .Manage the Fixtures, Furnishings, and Equipment package. .Graphics and signage. .Preliminary program verification. .Basic Services design (A through E) as defined in the AL Dept of Finance, Real Property Management - Division of Construction Management's Manual of Procedures. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
