Per addendum bid date extended to 3/2/23 time and location remain the same. prices shall include all labor, equipment and material for a complete in place product at Reservoir Road. Bid prices are to be based on FDR with calcium, application of HMA Binder & Top mix along with Tack coat in between courses The project consists of one section 4800' in length by 18' in width totaling approximately 9600 Sq. YDs FDR of the existing blacktop surface, calcium chloride at a rate of 1 Gal. per sq. yard, and the application of a HMA 1/2 Binder course of two inches and HMA top course of one and a half inches approximately 1890 tons. Tack coat at a rate of .05 gallons a square yard in between courses along with a Wedge joint to be installed on both layers of HMA as well. Traffic control will be provided by the Town of Oti.
