The nature and scope of this project is: Furnis all labor, equipment and materials necessary to improve the drainage system along Cypress Drive in accordance with the Contract Documents. This work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing and installing: +/- 40 LF of 15" RCP, +/- 240 LF of 24" RCP, one type "C" ditch bottom inlet, one 4' diameter type "J" inlet with 8" top slab, and one 7' diameter storm manhole with 8" top slab tied into an existing 42" HDPE drainage line; repairing +/- 260 LF of parking lot asphalt trench and +/- 25 LF of roadway asphalt trench; remove and dispose of +/- 150 LF of type "D" curb; construct +/- 150 LF of type "F" curb and +/- 300 LF of 2' valley gutter; true, level and restore +/- 1,200 SY of existing asphalt as required to meet proposed grades; provide +/- 1,500 SY of 1" SP- 9.5 asphalt overlay; mill and resurface 1" of SP 9.5 asphalt on +/-185 SY of roadway; remove and replace +/- 220 LF of 4' high chain link fence; excavation of a 0.05 Ac-In Dry Detention Area; restore landscaping areas, irrigation, ground cover, and sod; provide temporary and permanent pavement markings; provide temporary traffic control; and all other improvements described by the Bid Documents.
