Carroll Daniel Construction Co was awarded the Lakeside HS project The fee shall be based on the scope of work included in the documents and an owner budget of approximately $60,000,000.00 for Lakeside High School and approximately $55,000,000.00 for Evans High School which includes a 5% owner contingency as well as all costs and fees associated with the construction. Sealed qualifications and proposals from General Contractors for Construction Management At-Risk for the construction of additions and renovations to Lakeside High School and Evans High School will be received by the Columbia County School District (CCSD). The scope of work associated with this Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ & RFP) is delivery of construction services for Lakeside High School, 533 Blue Ridge Drive, Evans, Georgia 30809 and for Evans High School, 4550 Cox Road, Evans, Georgia 30809 for the Columbia County School District (CCSD). At this time, it is anticipated that CCSD will contract with the selected firm for construction services for demolition, sitework and building construction. However, CCSD reserves the right to consider other contracting strategies at any time during this process. Construction services will include all elements related to site and building for the construction of the Lakeside High School and Evans High School. Work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, site work, concrete flatwork and foundations, structural steel, exterior and interior masonry, roofing, doors, windows, hardware, finishes, specialties, cooler/freezer, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems, and athletic facilities.
