As of August 18, 2023, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For Renovate Tuttle Complex The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the partial renovation of the Tuttle Complex at the State University of New York Brockport. This project will renovate the interior of Tuttle South and a portion of Tuttle North. Tuttle South was constructed in 1962 and is a concrete slab and frame structure with masonry cladding, two stories in height, totaling approximately 93,480 GSF. Tuttle North was constructed in 1973, is two stories in height and is approximately 260,750 GSF. Neither building has undergone any major renovations. The project will be a comprehensive interior renovation of Tuttle South and includes the replacement and upgrade of interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Approximately 54,000 GSF of Tuttle North will also be renovated. The project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.
