The City of Canandaigua requests proposals for engineering services to provide detailed design and construction documents, construction estimates and project administration for the Rehabilitation of BIN 2257840 - Saltonstall St over Feeder Canal, and, Improvements to the Entrance of the City of Canandaigua Transfer Facility, 4620 County Rd 46, Canandaigua, New York The City of Canandaigua reserves the right to reject any and all proposals when the best interest of the City will be served by such action. The City of Canandaigua reserves the right to consider as INFORMAL a proposal not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions of these specifications. The improvements covered by this project will be administered by the Department of Public Works staff, headed by James P Sprague, P.E., Director of Public Works. Jeffrey R Paddock, Deputy Director of Public Works, will be the City's contact person for the consultant's design and construction services. Request for Proposal Review Meeting at the City Public Works building (205 Saltonstall Street, Canandaigua, New York) -- February 9, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Engineering contract award by City Council -- March 2, 2023. Progress meetings with City staff as required during the design process. Final design completion no later than April 28, 2023.
