The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to furnish and install all components of pre-engineered steel canopies, and all associated works as specified herein and in the project drawings and specifications. Project location is at the JAXPORTs PCOB building, located at 2831 Talleyrand Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Submit questions by e-mail only tosandra.platt@jaxport.com The mandatory SEB Participation Goal established for this project is 15% Percent. Project work shall be inclusive of yet not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to furnish and install all components of pre-engineered steel canopies, and all associated works as specified herein and in the project drawings and specifications. Project location is at the Jaxport's PCOB building, located at 2831 Talleyrand Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32206. The work shall include, but may not be limited to: o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform demolition works (included but not limited to concrete slabs, concrete walls, planters, plumbing, awnings, light fixtures, access control pedestal/device(s)wiring/conduits, etc.), asspecified,shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all site and earthwork (pest control/protection, site grading, site clearing, excavation, backfill, compaction, etc.), as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to relocate existing access control pedestal with devices, conduit, wiring, etc. to make it functional at its new location, as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of concrete elements (included but not limited to base preparation and compaction, foundations, slabs, base plate anchor bolts, etc.), as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to furnish and install thermal and moisture protection (included but not limited to flashing and trim works, etc.) as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all utilities work (included but not limited to stormwater drain pipes, yard drains, etc.), as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to design, furnish, and install new complete pre-engineered canopies systems (included but not limited to columns, rafters, purlins, roof system, gutters, downspouts, etc.), as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o Labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all finishes work (included but not limited to new stucco, etc.), as specified, shown and described in the project SOW, drawings, specifications, notes. o All permits, if required by any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) over the completion of this work are to be filed and obtained by the Contractor. o All layout, stakeout, surveys needed to complete the job per project documents. Utilities locate prior to excavation for electrical and planting works 0 Daily site clean-up. JAXPORT received only one (1) response on this solicitation, however, due to budget constraints the bid was rejected with no plans to re-bid.
