Awarded to River City Interiors Questions to be submitted in writing to james@bcminc-gc.com AND cole@bcmincgc.com by 18th Jan 2023 Trade contractor will contract directly with the Dade County Board of Commissioners. There will be NO General Contractor on the project. Dade County Board of Commissioners will provide dumpsters and toilet facilities Trade contractor will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with site conditions, all drawings, and specifications associated with the Interior Renovation For; Historical Courthouse. Trade contractor will be responsible for complying with all Dade County, Georgia County Commissioners requirements for working on Dade County, GA property. No smoking, alcohol or drugs will be permitted onsite. Trade contractor will be required to provide a five percent (5%) bid bond for any proposal over $50,000.00 and will be required to provide a payment and performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Trade contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, taxes, supervision, equipment, insurance, safety requirements, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete scope of work as directed by Dade County Board of Commissioners and in compliance with local, national, and industry building codes. The following items are listed for clarification only. They are not intended to limit the scope of work, nor do they diminish this trade contractor's obligations to provide a complete scope of work. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: a. Trade contractor will be required to provide all permits and license required to work in the City of Trenton, Dade County, and Georgia b. Trade contractor will be responsible for all necessary tools and materials to complete their scope of work c. Trade contractor to remove all wood trim. Clean, sand and refinish prior to reinstalling. d. Trade contractor to ensure all walls are to be rated as shown on plans. e. Trade contractor to ensure all new walls are to have batt insulation full height and width that extends to the structure above. f. Trade contractor to install double studs at each side of door openings. g. Trade contractor to install cripple studs at each side of all window & door openings. h. Trade contractor to install moisture resistant gypsum board at all wet (plumbing) wall locations. i. Trade contractor to refinish existing wood doors, frames, transoms, and trim as noted per drawings. j. Trade contractor to scrape and sand existing corridor walls, repairing surface for smooth painted finish. k. Trade contractor to ensure all elevator walls achieve 1-hour assembly.
