**As of May 1, 2023, project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Buffalo Public Schools Division of Plant Services and School Planning is soliciting Bids to provide electrical contracting services to install owner provided HUDL Camera system to include 110v power at various BCSD school sites. 23-040 Intent to Bid Due Date: Feb 22nd 2023, 4:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Feb 13th 2023, 4:00 PM EST Tentative Award: 3/15/2023 Initial Award & Contract Term: 01/16/2023 - 09/30/2023 1. Contractor shall provide the means and methods to install owner provided HUDL Cameras at the various Buffalo City School District project sites as indicated. 14-06-00-01-2-606 2. Contractor shall provide labor and all materials to install said work in a workman-like manner. 3. Installation of all new work requiring penetrations into existing walls, partitions, will be required to have fire caulk to prevent the transmission/ transference of smoke and/ or fire. 4. Contractor shall cut and patch and required and shall match adjoining finishes. 5. Contractor shall provide 110v electrical power for HUDL Camera system and make a hard wire connection. 6. Contractor shall connect data wiring into the HUDL Camera as provided by Owner. 7. Contractor shall properly label conduit, circuit breaker panel box, and data rack upon installation of new work. 8. Owner provided HUDL Cameras have unique serial numbers assigned to each project site. Contractor shall coordinate HUDL Camera serial numbers with BCSD representative prior to installation. 9. Contractor shall perform work on 1st and 2nd shift to expedite work. 10.Contractor shall perform a final broom clean of work area(s).
