BIDDERS must read the schedule of visits available in the appendix of the REGIE document. This schedule specifies the visit periods and the contact details of the person responsible for making appointments. The PUBLIC BIDDING ORGANIZATION shall deposit a video recording of the opening of the Tenders on the SEAO as soon as possible after the opening. Bidders will be notified of the filing of the recording on the OAIS in the same manner as when an Addendum is issued. The Owner reserves the right not to accept any or all of the Bids received, in particular when it deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price. Delivery schedule The work must be carried out according to the following schedule: Start of work: 03 December 2024; End of work: 3 July 2026. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
