Citrus County, Florida ("County") invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the County with the following project elements. Brentwood WWTF Upgrades: o Modification of the existing 2-Stage oxidation ditch to a 4-Stage oxidation ditch o Stage 1 - Existing Anoxic Zone o Stage 2 - Existing Aeration Zone o Stage 3 - New Anoxic Zone o Stage 4 - New Aeration Zone o Modification of the existing mechanical equipment within the oxidation ditch, to include o new surface mechanical aerator o platform-mounted anoxic basin mixer o electric-motor actuator installed on the existing oxidation ditch diverter gate o DO, ORP, and NO3 probes and Nitrogen-reduction process control system o Submersible mixers for the Stage 3 anoxic zone o Coarse-bubble diffused-aeration system for the Stage 4 aerobic zone o Positive-displacement blowers in weatherproof sound-reducing enclosures for air supply to the Stage 4 diffused aeration system o Carbon storage and pumping system o Clarifier flow splitter structure o Disk filter structure and equipment o Mobile gravity sludge drying structure o Yard piping o Site electrical and instrumentation o Site excavation, grading, asphalt paving, gravity wall o Site stormwater system improvements Brentwood WWTF Rehabilitation and SCADA: o Secondary Clarifiers: o Remove and replace clarifier equipment o RAS Pump Station o New RAS pumps and controls o Chlorine Storage and Pumping Equipment o New sodium hypochlorite triplex metering pump system o New sodium hypochlorite storage tank and piping o Chlorine Contact Chamber: o Clean interior concrete surface, repair concrete cracks/spalling, and paint interior surfaces o Replace two (2) 6" drain valves along south side of chamber wall o Replace link seals at piping penetrations of concrete walls o New level monitoring equipment o New chlorine residual equipment o New automatic composite sampler o Aerobic Digester: o Replace drain valves and link seals at piping penetrations of concrete walls o New aeration piping and coarse-bubble diffuser system. o Existing Exposed Yard Piping - sand blast and repaint all above-ground piping and valves. o Operations Building - repaint building exterior. o New paved asphalt road (southwest portion of plant site) to complete circular road. o New electric-operated gate at plant driveway entrance. o New plant SCADA system All inquiries pertaining to this Invitation to Bid are to be directed to both: Linda Morse Karin McMahon Purchasing & Contracts Manager Purchasing & Contract Specialist Department of Management & Budget Department of Management & Budget 3600 W.
