The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to perform construction and installation services for the Sunniland / Nine Mile Run Drainage Improvement Project. From the Notice to Proceed or the Purchase Order date, whichever applies: 210 calendar days to substantial completion, 60 calendar days from substantial completion to final completion (total days 270) In accordance with the terms set forth in the Agreement, for each consecutive calendar day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion as set forth herein, the Contractor shall be liable to the County for liquidated damages in the amount of $970.00 per calendar day Each Bidder shall submit not less than five percent (5%) of the proposed dollar amount (including applicable Alternates) as Bid Bond/Security.
