**As of October 20, 2023, project was awarded to FARRIS SERVICES, LLC, awarded amount is $106,933.80.** Artificial Turf Installation at Travis Park In order to ensure a fair and public bid process, all questions related to this Request for Bid shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System to the individual identified above prior to 10:00 AM CST on October 11, 2023. Contact with any City of Bryan employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the City Purchasing Manager. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the Bid GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS The installation of new artificial turf and removal of existing grass sod in areas 1-10 as indicated in attachment A. Bid will include cost for materials, labor for installation of new turf and removal of existing sod, and clean up. Bid sheet provides description of project tasks. Identification of and capping of existing irrigation system will be handled prior to work by another party. LIABILITY Contractor shall be required to comply with all insurance requirements established by the City of Bryan Purchasing Department. Contractor shall be responsible for all activities of their employees and equipment while on City of Bryan properties. INSPECTION The City of Bryan Treatment & Compliance Manager, or his designees, reserves the right to inspect work in progress at any time to ensure completion of the terms of the agreement, per these specifications. INVOICING It is the desire of the City of Bryan to be invoiced after completed of work
