Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible lor full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if ani, obtained from sourcgs other than the lssuing Otfice. Each bidder musl be a registered plan holder with ms consultanta, inc. to be eligible to submit a bid for this project. All requosts tor interpretiations of the moaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents must be rscsivsd at least six davs prior to the bid opening for consideration. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in biddino. Bids for the above-iiescribEd work must bs submittod on blanks turnished with the bidding documents.
