The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal and replacement of HV units with Vertical HVAC Units and Boiler replacement. SF 78549 Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All bidders must use and complete all bid forms provided in the manner designated and must comply with all requirements contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the name of the project clearly marked on the front of the envelope and accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashierís Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent 10% of the bid, but not more than $20,000. Project Substantial Completion: Work will commence within Ten (10) Calendar Days after receipt of written "Notice to Proceed" and be substantially completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and Contractorís Construction Schedule for substantial completion of the entire project including a Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building by August 30, 2024.
