**As of February 2, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Fire Station No. 1 Building Addition The project as proposed consists of constructing approx. 1100 square feet of new building, and the renovation of existing apparatus bay. Bids are for all labor and materials needed for the work described. Bid shall be in a separate, sealed envelope with the words "Fire Station" on the outside of the envelope. All bidders must be licensed contractors and registered by Title 62, Chapter 6 of TCA. Bidders Name, Address, and Contractor's License shall be shown on the outside of the envelope. Venders must comply with all applicable licensing requirements. A ten percent (10%) Bid Bond must be provided with Bid; all the provisions of Public Bids with the Town of Oakland also apply. No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time. Any such bids will be deemed invalid and returned to bidders unopened. The Town of Oakland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No Bidder may withdraw an opened bid following actual bid opening without Owner's consent. Bids as received shall remain effective for a period of 60 days after opening. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest and most responsive bid as determined by the Town of Oakland.
