It is to be noted that the project WS3314A will be tendered under two separate contracts, one contract for Ward 1 and another contract for Ward 2. The anticipated start date for works under WS3314A is April 2023 and the anticipated construction completion date is May 2024. It is to be noted that the project WS3314B will be tendered as a standalone contract. The anticipated start date for works under WS3314B is April 2023 and the anticipated construction completion date is May 2024. It is to be noted that the project WS3346 will be tendered as a standalone contract. The anticipated start date for works under WS3346 is April 2023 and the anticipated construction completion date is December 2024. Category 1 - General Contractor For the purposes of this letter, the Surety must confirm that the Respondent has bonding capacity in place for CAD $15,000,000. Category 2 - Sub-Contractor (Microtunneling Works) For the purposes of this letter, the Surety must confirm that the Respondent has bonding capacity in place for CAD $1,500,000 for microtunneling activities under Contract 4 (WS3346).
