The project consists of the following: Public roadway extension (including curb and asphalt multi-use path) 8" and 10" Sanitary Sewer and associated appurtenances Street lighting system Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Prospective bidders are required to submit all questions through electronically. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available on bidexpress.com.
