The Project consists of the interior renovations and fit-out of existing space within the Stamford Police Headquarters as shown and described on Contract Documents prepared by Jacunski Humes Architects, LLC, Berlin, CT B. The Work does not include exterior improvements or sitework. New construction of interior renovations to the Stamford Police Headquarters includes non-combustible construction to provide program space for THE Stamford Police Academy. C. The contract limit lines are indicated on the drawings. Access to the work area is available through existing stairs, or freight elevator. Access to either stairs, or freight elevator, will need to be coordinated through the Stamford Police Department. D. Work can only be performed under the approval and control of the Stamford Police Department and the City of Stamford.
