The project scope includes enclosing an 36' x 60' steel framed covered play structure with 2x6 wood-framed, insulated walls and ribbed metal siding to become a storage building. Includes selective removal of existing asphalt, new concrete floor slab with thickened edge foundation, new insulated standing seam metal roof system over existing metal deck, electrical power service, lighting, heat, and security system.
