Airport Fuel Farm Project Construct a fuel farm at the Los Alamos airport consisting of site work to prepare for installation of two 12,000-gallon UL-2085 Fireguard Tanks including all mechanical and electrical equipment detailed in the design documents. One tank will be used for AvGas (100LL) and one for Jet-A. The base bid will include all site work and electrical work for tank and credit card reader connections. The electrical panel rack is also included. 2. Site work includes removal of existing asphalt, concrete, and base material. Recompaction of subgrade and base material and installation of a new concrete slab, concrete and asphalt paving, bollards, fencing, and new stormwater improvements including storm drain culvert pipes, drop inlets, and riprap. Additional utility installations including sewer lines and manholes will also be required. Site work also includes all work required to construct a secondary containment area as detailed in the design documents, including additional removals, and installation of additional pavement, concrete, and drainpipe. 3. All work and material to install a single 12,000-gal tank for use with 100LL (AvGas), including connections for credit card reader and credit card reader equipment. 4. All work and material to install a single 12,000-gal tank for use with Jet-A, including connections for credit card reader and credit card reader equipment.
