The community takes pride in their traditions and heritage, The community is looking to procure a General Contractor to construct a Cultural Learning and Community Center. Each Tender Form shall be submitted with a Bid Bond in the name of an approved surety, made payable to owner in an amount equal to 10% (ten percent) of the Tender Price, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, if the tender is accepted, execute a general construction contract as specified herein and provide the specified Performance and Labour and Materials Bonds within ten (10) days of acceptance. The accepted Bidder shall provide a 50% of Construction Costs Performance Bond and 50% of Construction Cost Labour and Materials Payment Bond. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
