A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction services for the completion of renovation and addition work performed under Phase I at the Education Opportunity Center (EOC) in Syracuse, NY. Consultant services are needed for phase 2 work which includes complete fit out of the existing building and new front addition, and construction of a second addition at the rear entrance. SOQs must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. Required electronic copies of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFQ. In accordance with State Finance Law Section 139-j, all inquiries regarding this procurement must be made to Samantha Lord; Samantha.Lord@suny.edu; Jeremy Clausi; Jeremy.Clausi@suny.edu; Doreen Bottieri; Doreen.Bottieri@suny.edu or Scott Clay (MWBE issues only); Scott.Clay@suny.edu.
