The only possibility for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions . No physical presence on the premises of the opening is now permitted and no subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, neither recording nor broadcasting of it. This new rule is put in place as an additional measure to combat the spread of COVID-19.
