The San Bernardino County (County Project and Facilities Management Department (PFMD), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Contractors to provide quality, professional workmanship in custodial services at twenty-five (25) locations in San Bernardino County. The twenty-four (24) locations have been separated into designated geographic zones and numbered zones 1 to 5. Vendors may submit Proposal(s) for any or all zones from 1 to 5. All Contractors must register with the ePro system prior to the date and time to submit the proposal or they will be disqualified. The County estimates a budget of between $2,000,000 and $2,500,000 for completion of this work. Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years beginning on October 1, 2022 and ending on September 30, 2027. Location(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed are as shown in Attachment E - Locations/Cost. The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
